EMSC Winter Meetup 2026

Participants, organizers, and friends of EMSC are invited to a meeting.

There won't be a special program, as the main goal is to meet, chat, play games, and create our own program together. You can look forward to a cipher game, as well as a technology club laboratory equipped with 3D printers, an engraving laser, a cutting plotter, and a programmable embroidery machine.

Meet your Mensa friends from other countries.

Spoken language will be English only.

Organized by Mensa Czechia, supported by Svet vzdelani.

 

Accommodation and Food

  • Technology Club, Rozvojova 3, Prostejov, Czechia
  • Sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and towel.
  • Food: full board
  • Please specify any special dietary requirements in the registration form

Programme

  • Talking
  • Playing games
  • Creating games and projects by yourself, teamwork.
  • 3D printers, laser, computers, measuring instruments, mBot robots, Raspberry Pi with sensors and a lot of other equipment will be available for the project work 
  • Solving ciphers during a team game 
  • No swimming this time.

  • Cancelation policy: cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive 100% refund, cancellations made 29-7 days before the event will receive 50% refund as the food will be ordered alreaddy.

 

Date and Time

  • EMSC Winter Meetup begins on Thursday 1 January at 16:00
  • Meeting point is Prostejov train station
  • Or You can come from 16:30 directly to the Technology Club.
  • On Sunday 4 January at 10:00 we will finish at Prostejov, train station.
